Keeping the balance

Let's face it, the world we are currently living in is completely different than it was 10,000 years ago and we are navigating it with the same type of body..

For thousands of years the lifestyle we lived heavily involved exercise, healthy unprocessed foods, a tight knit community and low stress.

What it didn't have were: long work hours, device use, money troubles deadlines etc

In short, we are surrounded by stressors that our body was not built to tolerate while not using our body the way its supposed to be used. These factors affect the function within your spine and nervous system, affecting your brain to body communication.

Because of this dysfunction, we are often exhausted, unfit, unhappy, stressed and in chronic pain.

What's the solution? We believe a hollistic healthcare system is the way to go.

Life today brings more stress than ever, leading to dysfunction in our bodies, particularly in your spine and nervous system. Chiropractors refer to these areas as subluxations (distinct from the medical definition).

When stressors overwhelm your spine and nervous system, subluxations form. Chiropractic adjustments are essential to clear these, restore balance and improve communication between your brain and body, preventing various issues and symptoms.

We can't tell you not to stress out, work on your computer, watch shows and everything else.

What we can do is reset the effect these have had on your body and also retrain your body to correct itself, leading to a happier healthier life with less pain, restriction, symptoms, compensations and more energy, resilience, peace and happiness.

What happens when we are out of balance?
